3. Directory Listings

Free Listings

Pharmacy listings on the Site are provided as a free public service. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion
• Verify ownership and independence claims
• Display pharmacy information publicly in the directory
• Remove listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or represent chain pharmacies

Listing Accuracy

If you submit a pharmacy listing, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of the pharmacy. You agree to update your listing if any information changes.

4. IndiePro Services

IndiePro is a paid subscription service for pharmacy owners. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable monthly subscription fee
• Provide accurate business and billing information
• Use the tools and services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to IndiePro

Cancellation

You may cancel your IndiePro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Your free directory listing remains active after cancellation.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit listings for chain pharmacies or pharmacies owned by corporate health insurers
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
• Impersonate another person or pharmacy
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, and software, is the property of Indie Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a pharmacy listing or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the directory and our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Pharmacy listings are complete, accurate, or current
• Any pharmacy listed is in fact independently owned
• The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

We are a directory service, not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, endorse any pharmacy, or guarantee the quality of services at any listed pharmacy. Always verify information directly with the pharmacy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indie Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
